This 27-piece set Safari Set includes the track, colorful train and even two trees. Set includes a figure 8 track made up of twelve six-inch curved pieces, four six-inch straight pieces and one crossover. It's an educational toy that will provide wonderful pretend play opportunities. Hard rock maple track is grooved on one side with stripe detailing simulating railroad ties. Train has eight colorful cars, all compatible with other Maple Landmarks' NameTrain cars. All are made from rock maple and finished using non-toxic colors. Tiger train engine has black and orange tiger stripes and is perfect for any young engineer.

All train cars can be played with individually or magnetically linked together. Animal cars include Jordan Giraffe, Harry Gorilla, Leonardo Lion, Elmer Elephant and Zoe Zebra. There's also a people car with three colorful people (the people colors may vary.) And, of course, bringing up the rear is a caboose, which on a Safari Train is leopard-spotted yellow with brown spots. To add some landscaping to the scene, there are also two 2-3/4" tall trees, finished in a non-toxic forest green color.
Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Compatibility: Maple Landmarks' track is designed to be compatible with that of Brio® and Thomas the Tank® and other wooden track systems. However, due to different processes and design goals, each company's parts vary somewhat. Therefore, the parts should connect fine, but they may not be perfectly interchangeable.
