These Maple Landmark NameTrains have a clear finish to allow the beauty of the wood show through. These wooden letters are also crafted from maple. The train engine and caboose have detail engraved on them. These natural name train letters compliment any room for either boys or girls and make the perfect personalized birthday gift. Cars attach with magnets and can be assembled in any combination. Great for creative pretend play.

The scale of these wooden train cars is also compatible with other wooden track systems such as Brio® and Thomas the Tank®. Special note: If you are intending to match these with name train cars you already have, please be advised that Maple Landmark produced a previous line of natural letters that were larger than these. The two lines will connect with each other but they don't match well. The older line was about 3" high and was sold from 1988 to 2000. The current line, standing about 2-1/4" high, has been produced since 1993. The older letters are no longer available.

This Maple Landmark NameTrains Alphabet Train set includes the wooden engine, caboose, and one each of all letters A-Z (28 cars total). These keepsake wooden toy trains are crafted from maple and finished with a non-toxic finish for durability.
