The TAG Toys Portable Sand Tray is large enough for full play activities, yet light enough to move around. Because of its compact portability, the Portable Sand Tray can be used on the floor or tabletop. The TAG Toys Portable Sand Tray was selected by The Creativity Institute for its ability to develop creativity in children, with features that include:

A handy storage area at the bottom of the unit has a 14 1/2" x 2 1/2" opening on all four sides and keeps tools and play sets handy for daily use.
The 2 1/8" depth of the sand pit along with the 2 1/4" platform around the top helps keep the sand in and adds to the play value.
10 - 15 lbs of sand for is recommended for proper sand play.
